We repair homes in six service lines: foundation repair, crawl space repair, crawl space encapsulation, basement waterproofing, framing repair, and concrete leveling. That is the whole list. We focus on the structure of your home and the moisture around it.
Our goal on every job is to repair the source of the problem. That starts with finding the actual cause, then matching the repair to it and explaining what we recommend and why.
Who Is HydroHelp911?
We are a locally owned and operated company in Gaston County, North Carolina. Our headquarters is at 111 Iron Station Rd in Dallas, NC, and Cory Parks is our owner & president.
Today we work from eight offices: Dallas, Huntersville, Matthews, Asheville, Greensboro, and Wilmington in North Carolina, and Greenville and Columbia in South Carolina. We have served homeowners across the Carolinas since 2017.
Every job starts the same way. An inspector comes to your home, looks for the source of the problem, and explains what they find in plain language. The inspection is free, and there is no obligation to move forward.
We also support groups close to home, including Carolina Breast Friends, Shining Hope Farms, and Special Olympics of Gaston County.
