Accessibility Statement

HydroHelp911 Crawl Space & Foundation Repair wants every homeowner to be able to use this website, including people who use a screen reader, a keyboard, voice control, screen magnification, or captions.

Our Standard

We use the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA, as our target. These are widely used international guidelines for making websites usable by people with disabilities.

Where This Site Stands Today

This site partially conforms to WCAG 2.2 Level AA. That means some parts do not yet fully meet the standard, and we are working on them.

We do not use an accessibility overlay.

How We Checked This Site

On October 9, 2026, we checked this site in these ways:

• Automated tests (axe) against the WCAG 2.2 A and AA rules on one page of each type: the home page, a service page, a problem sign page, a solution page, a city page, a city service page, and the About, Contact, Privacy Policy, Accessibility, Search, and not found pages.
• Each of those at a phone screen width and at a desktop width, in two browser engines (Chromium and WebKit), after the page scripts had loaded.
• The same tests on 22 more pages, including Careers, the cost calculator, and the foundation repair guide.
• Scripted keyboard and touch walkthroughs of the free inspection form, the phone menu, and the desktop menus.
• Page layouts at a 320 pixel screen width on 32 pages.

We did not test with a screen reader. We did not test on physical phones or tablets. We did not test every page, only the pages named above. People with disabilities did not take part in this review.

What we have worked on includes:

• Text alternatives for meaningful images. Our site build checks every page for images that have none.
• A link at the top of each page that skips to the main content.
• The free inspection form and the phone menu: focus moves into them when they open, stays inside while they are open, and returns to the button that opened them when they close.
• Links inside running text on the pages we checked are underlined, so they do not depend on color alone.
• The main phone number links have a larger touch area than their printed size.
• Page layouts that fit a phone screen without sideways scrolling on the pages we checked.

Known Limitations

• Videos. The videos on this site are hosted by YouTube. We have not reviewed their captions, and automatic captions can contain errors. If a video matters to you, call us at 704-741-9737 and we will tell you what it shows.
• Features from other companies. The chat window, online booking, job list, and address suggestions on this site come from other companies, and we have not tested them for accessibility. If one of them does not work for you, call us at 704-741-9737 and we will help you directly.
• Job site photos. Some photos from our job sites may not have detailed text descriptions. Call us at 704-741-9737 and we will describe what a photo shows.
• Pages we did not test. Our review covered the pages named above. Other pages, including every project page, may have problems we have not found. If you find one, tell us.

• Birdeye, which runs the chat window.
• Book Like a Boss, which runs the Schedule Online page.
• Discovered, which runs the job list and application on the Careers page.
• YouTube, which hosts our videos.
• Google Maps and Google Places, which suggest addresses while you type in a form.
