What Do HydroHelp911 Warranties Cover?
We back many of our crawl space, basement waterproofing, foundation, framing, and concrete leveling repairs with written warranties. Below are the terms for each warranty, with the conditions each one carries and what it does not cover. A trained inspector can walk you through the terms that apply to your home during your free inspection.
No warranty of any kind activates until the final invoice is paid in full.

Crawl Space Warranties
Crawl Space Encapsulation
Lifetime, with annual maintenance
What it covers. Lifetime warranty on the liner for the life of the property.
Conditions. Annual maintenance is required, at the owner's expense.
Exclusions and limits. Standing water is not covered if no drainage system is installed. Mold, wood rot, or water intrusion damage is not covered without an installed drainage system. Ground moisture beneath the liner is normal and expected and is not a warranty claim.
Moisture Barrier (12 mil or Above)
Lifetime, with annual maintenance
What it covers. Lifetime warranty for the life of the property.
Conditions. Annual inspection and maintenance are required, at the owner's expense.
Exclusions and limits. Ground moisture beneath the liner is expected and is not covered. The encapsulation exclusions also apply: standing water is not covered if no drainage system is installed, and mold, wood rot, or water intrusion damage is not covered without an installed drainage system.
Dehumidifier
5 years standard, lifetime upgrade available
What it covers. Standard coverage is a 5 year manufacturer warranty on materials only. A lifetime warranty on parts and labor is available only through the annual maintenance program.
Conditions. The lifetime upgrade requires annual maintenance and inspection, at the owner's expense.
Exclusions and limits. Low humidity conditions, loss of power, GFCI tripping, and breaker trips are not covered.
Crawl Space Drainage System (Interior)
Lifetime, with annual sump pump maintenance
What it covers. Lifetime warranty for the life of the structure.
Conditions. The sump pump must remain operational at all times. Annual sump pump maintenance is required, at the owner's expense.
Exclusions and limits. Covers standing water within the perimeter of the installed interior drain only. Plumbing leaks, mechanical failures, power outages, and GFCI or breaker trips are not covered. If large rock or roots are found during installation, additional fees may apply.
Sump Pumps
3 years parts only, lifetime upgrade available
What it covers. A 3 year warranty on parts only. Coverage can be extended to a lifetime warranty on parts and labor only through the annual maintenance program.
Conditions. The lifetime upgrade requires enrollment in the annual maintenance program and ongoing participation in it, at the owner's expense.
Exclusions and limits. Acts of nature, power outages, GFCI tripping, and breaker trips are not covered.
Basement Waterproofing Warranties
Interior Basement Waterproofing (Interior Drainage System)
Lifetime, with annual sump pump maintenance
What it covers. Lifetime warranty for the life of the property.
Conditions. The sump pump must remain operational at all times. Annual sump pump maintenance is required, at the owner's expense.
Exclusions and limits. Covers standing water within the perimeter of the installed interior drainage system only. Plumbing leaks, mechanical failures, power outages, and GFCI or breaker trips are not covered. If large rock or roots are found during installation, additional fees may apply. Finished materials such as flooring, drywall, or cabinetry are not covered.

Foundation and Framing Warranties
Helical and Push Piers
Lifetime
What it covers. Lifetime warranty that no additional settlement will occur in the area of the installed piers.
Conditions. The warranty passes to a new owner only if written notice is sent to HydroHelp911 within 30 days of the ownership change.
Exclusions and limits. Covers only the area where piers were installed. Heave from outside forces, such as tree roots or soil expansion, is not covered.
Wall Anchors and I-Beams
Lifetime, stabilization only
What it covers. Lifetime warranty that the installed anchors will stop further inward wall movement.
Conditions. Anchors must be installed corner to corner.
Exclusions and limits. Covers stabilization only, not straightening. Applies only to walls where HydroHelp911 performed the installation.
Carbon Fiber Crack Repair
Lifetime, conditional
What it covers. Lifetime warranty that treated cracks will remain in the same condition for the life of the structure.
Conditions. The underlying source of the failure must be addressed for the warranty to remain valid.
Exclusions and limits. Voided by acts of nature, including floods, hurricanes, and tornadoes.
Framing Repair (Structural Wood Repair)
30 years
What it covers. A 30 year warranty that the repairs were completed correctly per state building code.
Exclusions and limits. Termite damage is not covered. Moisture or water damage is not covered unless a full encapsulation, drainage system, and dehumidifier are all installed as part of the same project.

Concrete Leveling Warranties
Exterior Slab Lift (Polyurethane)
5 years
What it covers. A 5 year warranty against vertical settling of more than 1/4 inch.
Conditions. The owner must maintain grade and seal joints.
Exclusions and limits. Heave from tree roots or soil expansion is not covered.
Slab Foundation Lift (Polyurethane)
5 years
What it covers. A 5 year warranty against settling of more than 1 inch over 30 feet.
Conditions. The owner must maintain grade and seal joints.
Exclusions and limits. Heave from tree roots or soil expansion is not covered.
Deep Injections
10 years
What it covers. A 10 year warranty against settling of more than 1 inch over 30 feet, with one free additional lift if needed.
Conditions. The owner must maintain grade and seal joints.
Exclusions and limits. Heave from tree roots or soil expansion is not covered.
Concrete Protection System
7 years
What it covers. A 7 year warranty against settling of more than 1/4 inch, with up to 3 additional lifts included.
Exclusions and limits. A 4th or later lift carries a fee of $179 or $2 per square foot, whichever is greater.
Joint Sealant
1 year
What it covers. A 1 year warranty against the sealant debonding from the concrete.
Exclusions and limits. Damage from lawn equipment, animals, or vegetation is not covered.
Crack Sealant
1 year
What it covers. A 1 year warranty against the sealant debonding from the concrete.
Exclusions and limits. Damage from lawn equipment, animals, or vegetation is not covered.

Our annual maintenance program is $250 per year, at the owner's expense. The warranties in the list require annual maintenance to stay valid.
